There are people all around you who need what you have.

Firstly, be certain you are doing your own work. Being a practitioner of your own practice and teaching is a MUST. Discover your boundaries, reinforce them, and know when to pour out.

Draw in every resource you know to be of light, love, and harmony. These schizophrenic ‘crack-ups’ that we are faced with today require people of all walks of life to ‘deal’. Even if you don’t consider yourself a healer or a practitioner of healing, your smile, hug, or even text is needed. Make sure someone feels loved and thought of, today!
